Where Balmoral Estates is

Balmoral Estates is near Pine Valley Drive and Teston Road in Vaughan, York Region. Lormel's listed sales centre at 10131 Weston Road is a separate address — it's where the builder's sales office is, not the community.

UNIQ Communities markets a separate Vaughan project with the same name at Weston Road and Teston Road. This page covers only the Lormel Homes community.

The published site plan

Lormel's Phase 1 site plan (artist's concept) shows 41′ and 47′ lots, internal streets, future residential areas and a proposed park, with Teston Road to the north. Lot lines, dimensions and street names are subject to change.
